Running a nonprofit organization, while rewarding,
presents a unique set of challenges that need comprehensive and
positive solutions. Whether a nonprofit organization needs to
develop a more effective Board of Directors, improve their human
resources program, or plan for the future of the organization, it
can be helpful to involve an outside consultant or facilitator.
We welcome your application to join a select group of professional trainers and consultants that support nonprofits and the Inland Empire and add value and expertise to our clients’ experience with The Resource Center. You can see a list of current consultants in the pdf available for download above.
Please submit your bio, summary of experience, and any requests for more information by contacting Kyra Wilson at kyrawilson@vcrivco.org.

What type
of organizational structure and classification will best suit its
purpose?
·
What are
the steps to develop an effective strategic plan?
·
Where will
the organization find funding?
·
What
licenses, permits, and registrations does California require?
·
Does the
IRS require and when?
